We do the legwork with you
Buying a home shouldn’t mean working out the design, the trades and the council on your own. Here is what we do for you, as part of buying from us.
Your floor plan, drawn for free
Send us a sketch or a plan you like. Grace, our designer, draws it up as your own home. Drawings usually take 3–5 working days. If it’s urgent, tell us and we’ll do our best.
We come and look at your site
We can visit your place to look at access and the ground your home will sit on, so the foundation is right before anything is ordered.
We arrange the installation
We find and book the installers, foundation, crane, plumber and electrician, and line up the dates. You get one quote for your address, not five trades to chase.
Help with the council
We help you through the council side: what to ask, which documents you need, and the plans and specifications for your home.

No surprises on delivery day
What you can count on when the home arrives.
Your home comes with the installation manual for your model.
It matches your exact model and version. Ask us for a copy before you order.
You see your finished home before the second payment.
Before your second payment, we'll send you photos and video of your completed home.
Internal walls, wiring and plumbing are done in the factory.
Your local electrician and plumber make the final connections on site.
You can use our installation team or arrange your own builder.
Our installation is priced in three stages, about $3,500 each. You can take all three, some, or none.
Outside Auckland, a local builder can install it.
They work from our manual and the factory installation video. If you’d rather have our team, we quote their travel separately.
