Units delivered and countries reached are group-wide figures — they include sales made by our partner distributors into Australia and the Asia-Pacific islands, not New Zealand deliveries alone.
Who we are
We sell and install expandable homes in New Zealand: granny flats, sleepouts, home offices and family homes that arrive folded, open out on site in about an hour, and come with the kitchen, bathroom, wiring and plumbing already in.
The company was founded in China in 2010, began selling in Australia in 2019 and set up here in October 2025. Every home is engineered for New Zealand wind, snow and earthquake loads (AS/NZS 1170), and you can walk through them at our display homes in Pukekohe before you decide.
