A new unit built for purpose in the factory, not a converted used shipping container. Steel frame, panel walls and roof, aluminium-framed windows and a sliding glass door.

Honestly priced
From $24,000, GST included, with sea freight to the nearest suitable New Zealand port included. Road transport, foundations and connections depend on your site and are quoted for your address.

Ready 20 is built to order. The bathroom, the kitchen and the layout are options, so you pay for the room you actually want.

Arrives finished and doesn’t unfold. The simplest, fastest way to add a room in the garden. From $24,000 inc GST.
Studio
Unfolds on site to about 25m², with more floor space and layout choice. From $28,000 inc GST.
